What does the Comfort Club membership include?
Every Comfort Club tier includes trained and certified technicians, two seasonal maintenance visits a year, one free service call per year, a $49 service fee on other calls (vs. $99), $0 emergency and after-hours fees, priority service, 15% off repairs, 15% off Super Seal air duct sealing and our IAQ + Protection package, free drain cleaning (float switch required), and a credit of the dues you have paid toward a new Launchpad system (limits apply). Plus adds included air filters and consumables; Premium adds UV lights and elements.
How much does the Comfort Club cost?
There are three tiers: Comfort Club at $24.99/month, Comfort Club Plus (with filter replacement included) at $44.99/month, and Comfort Club Premium (with UV element and filter replacement included) at $84.99/month. Each membership covers one HVAC system.
What's the difference between the three tiers?
All three share the same core benefits — two seasonal tune-ups, a free service call each year, $49 service calls, $0 after-hours fees, priority service and 15% off repairs. Plus ($44.99) adds included air filters and electronic air-cleaner consumables plus indoor-air-quality benefits. Premium ($84.99, our best value) adds UV lights and elements for maximum protection against Florida mold, allergens, and humidity.
Is a maintenance membership really worth it in Florida?
In Florida, yes — your system runs nearly year-round, so it wears fast and small issues escalate quickly in the heat. Between the free service call, $49 service calls, 15% off repairs, free drain cleaning and priority service, the membership typically pays for itself for a home that cools almost all year.
How does the new-system credit work?
When it is time to replace your system, members in good standing can put the membership dues they have paid toward a complete replacement installed by Launchpad. A cap and conditions apply, and we spell them out before you enroll.
Do members really get 24/7 emergency response?
Yes — and members pay $0 emergency or after-hours fees. Comfort emergencies don't keep business hours, and neither do we.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Memberships renew month to month and you can cancel anytime. If you cancel in the first 12 months, you repay any benefit value used beyond the dues you paid; we go over the full terms before you enroll.

*Free drain cleaning requires a float (pan) safety switch in the drain pan. Replacement credit applies to membership dues paid, for members in good standing, toward a complete system replacement purchased from and installed by Launchpad; limits and a cap apply. Discounts apply to our standard price and do not combine with other offers or apply to equipment replacement. The free service call covers the diagnostic fee only; parts and repairs are extra. Memberships renew monthly until canceled; cancel anytime. Full membership terms are provided before you enroll. Members who joined before November 2026 keep their current plan.
